The board has ministered to the homeless by volunteering at the Oasis in downtown Portsmouth. We served lunch and helped clean the kitchen afterwards. We also volunteered at the Foodbank of Norfolk by preparing food bags - which were given out to the needy. The kids learned to help those in need and to be grateful for what they have.
